Booking Policy

Appointments are secured only after a deposit or full payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with proper notice. Please arrive on time to ensure the best service experience. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation depending on scheduling availability. Please note: our booking section contains additional detailed policies, procedures, preparation instructions, aftercare information, cancellation terms, consent forms and service-specific requirements. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to all policies listed throughout the booking process and website.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or repeated reschedules may result in forfeited deposits and/or require full payment before future bookings.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up without notice will lose their deposit and may be restricted from future bookings. Respecting appointment times helps us maintain fairness and availability for all clients.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty services and custom products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided on completed services, digital products, training courses, custom items, or opened products. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and assist when appropriate.

Training Course Policy

All training payments are non-refundable due to limited seating and preparation materials. Students are expected to arrive on time and conduct themselves professionally throughout training. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements.

Product & Beauty Supply Policy

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for misuse of professional-grade products or allergic reactions. Patch testing is always recommended before use.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or custom order processing. Once packages are shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup orders must be picked up within the designated timeframe communicated after purchase. Valid identification and order confirmation may be required at pickup.
